Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CVEEEZ Talent (part of CVEEEZ) collects, uses and protects your data. By using the platform you acknowledge this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: username, email or mobile number, and password (stored hashed — nobody can read it), or your Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.
• Your CV: the file you upload and the details extracted from it: job title, experience, education, skills, certifications, languages, location, and any nationality or expected salary you state.
• Contact details in your CV: name, email, phone, address, LinkedIn URL.
• Usage data: upload, update and confirmation dates, sign-in records and IP address for security.

We do not ask for, or deliberately extract, sensitive data such as religion, health information, ID or passport numbers. We recommend not including them in your CV.

2. How we use your data

• To organise your CV in a searchable database and show registered employers an anonymous profile (without your name or contact details).
• To make your full CV and contact details available only to an approved, subscribed company through an authorized download — every download is logged with the company and date.
• To remind you to renew your visibility before your 90-day period ends.
• To protect the platform from misuse and detect duplicate accounts.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your CV and share it with employers based on the explicit consent you give when uploading. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account page; your CV then disappears from search immediately.

4. Automated processing and service providers

We use AI tools to read your CV and organise its details. Before CV text is sent to any external processing service, we remove email addresses, phone numbers and links. Processing and hosting may take place on cloud providers' servers outside your country, with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Profiles inactive for a long period may be deleted under our retention policy. When you delete your account we permanently delete your personal data and CV files, keeping only an anonymous record of past downloads for accounting.

6. Your rights

• Access your data and download your CV from your account page.
• Correct your data by uploading an updated CV.
• Withdraw your consent to sharing.
• Delete your account and data permanently.

We aim to comply with the personal data protection laws of the countries where we operate, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Jordan.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, CV files are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and CVs can only be downloaded through our system with a logged authorization.
